We are launching a full-color illustrated journal that provides practical tools and tactics to help individuals overcome anxiety and panic attacks. The S.T.O.M.P.S. Method will be available for purchase on TikTok Shop and Amazon October 1, 2023

The name is inspired by the deer.  In particular one female deer named Stomps. Stomps and Company a/k/a Stomps and her family, plays a pivotal role in our brand's story.
